Meditation Mondays

We will meet every Monday this Spring @ 7pm for 20 minutes via Zoom.

Use this time to settle into your body and connect with your Self. This experience will be completely guided, so come as you are - experienced and new meditators welcome! Invite a friend and experience the profound benefits of meditation.
