Join Pennie for a 21 day meditation program that will support you in developing a consistent meditation practice, leading to a decrease in stress, an experience of more ease, and increasing your adaptability when life pitches you curve balls. This supports you to live a life of FULL VALUE! Where you see the great orchestration of it all, and abundance begins to flow to and through you. By the end of 21 days, you will have the capacity to meditate on your own with out any external guidance, allowing your practice to take you to a deeper level of knowing.

In this meditation program, we will be using the tools of pranayama (breath work) and mantra (sound medicine) to activate and awaken deep connection and embodiment of the Love of the Divine Mother.

Mantras are vibrational vehicles guiding our consciousness to higher states of Being. In the Vedic tradition, mantras are seen as a manifest expression of the Divine - key codes to the wisdom of the cosmos. Said another way, mantras activate specific energy or Universal intelligence within our DNA.

There is true power in practicing in community with a shared intention. Join a conscious collective that will support and elevate your personal practice.

Meet Pennie

Pennie is a Vedic Astrologer and Transformation Doula committed to sharing conscious practices that uplift humanity. She has spent the last 20 years studying medicine on both allopathic and holistic pathways and is well-versed in energy medicine. As a forever student, she has completed over 1000 hours of study in advanced yogic philosophy, is a Reiki Master, and has completed a 1.5 year course in Soul Focused Healing, a branch of esoteric medicine stemming out of Tibet. Meditation saved her life. She is passionate about sharing tools and techniques she has found vital on her own path of awakening.

  • I've never meditated before. Will I be able to follow along/keep up?

    • Yes, the way this 21 Day program is structured supports new meditators by building slowly. 

  • I meditate every day with an app, how is this different?

    • Congratulations for setting aside time to meditate every day! This is wonderful. My course will support you in shifting to a self-referral meditation practice, one that doesn't require anything outside of yourself to do. As I discuss within the program, there are 4 stages of meditation. When we are using outside guidance, it keeps us in the beginning stages of meditation. The technique I provide supports you moving thru all 4 stages.

  • What if I can't make all of the classes?

    • All classes will be recorded, so if you can't make one live, you'll receive a link to catch the replay.

  • When will we be meeting?

    • Initiation into the practice begins on Leap Day, Thursday 2/29 @ 7pm on Zoom.

    • We will meet the following 3 Sundays @ 7pm to answer any questions and practice together. 

  • I've never been able to stick with practicing consistently.

    • There's great support in practicing together. This container offers accountability. I've structured it so that you'll get messages from me each day and have access to communicate with each other to cheer each other along this journey. I've made it 21 days because that is the shortest amount of time to create lasting pathways within the brain.
