The Power of Prana: 21 Days of Pranayama

Prana is Life. The pulse of energy within you is the same pulse of energy within the cosmos.

In order for our consciousness state to shift, our life force energy must awaken, for consciousness and shakti are inseparable.

Known as pranayama in Yog, more commonly cheapened to ‘breathwork’ here in the West, is the harnessing of prana through the power of our breath.

Join me this Spring for 21 Days of Pranayama as I introduce foundational understanding to consciousness and energy, empowering you with practices to stabilize your nervous system and awaken life force within.

Over the course of the next few weeks, you will learn:

  • What is Prana?

  • Mechanics of Breathing

  • Connection between Breath & Nervous System

  • Introduction to the Subtle Body

  • The Movement of Prana

When: This is a self-paced program. It will become available on March 31st so that you can begin your practice on April 1st.

Where: This is Virtual offering. You will gain access to class recordings and additional materials via course portal.

Why: As holistic practitioners - healers, teachers, energy workers, etc - the positive impact of your work is directly proportional to your energetic frequency. Having clear energetic hygiene practices are vital to not only our health, but the health of our clients.

Who: This offering is open to all. You do not need to be a holistic practitioner to benefit from this program.
